Telangana State Council of Higher Education

Smt. P. Sabitha Indra Reddy garu, Minister for Education has launched the Student Academic Verification Service (SAVS) and Re-designed Website of TSCHE at Telangana State Council of Higher Education on 18-11-2022 in the conference hall of TSCHE.

Dr. M. Mahender Reddy, IPS, former Director General of Police,  Government of Telangana also graced the occasion,  and spoken about the importance of the verification system as to how it comes in handy for law enforcing authorities to verify the suspected fake certificates then and there instantly, and take necessary action. He advised the authorities of TSCHE to integrate data of all the universities into a single network/ database so that periodic data addition becomes automatic. He further advised that the system should be made foolproof and prevent and care should be taken to prevent misuse.

Smt. Vakati Karuna, IAS Secretary of Education graced the occasion and appreciated the efforts of the state council in this big initiative which will very helpful in combating the menace of fake certificates.

Prof. R. Limbadri, Chairman, TSCHE welcomed Smt. P. Sabitha Indra Reddy, Hon’ble Minister and thanked for accepting to be the Chief Guest and launching the Student Academic Verification Service (SAVS). Prof. Limbadri appreciated the unstinted support and help provided by Dr.M. Mahender Reddy , IPS, Director General of Police  in the preparation the software project.

He presented a brief narration of the two types of verification i. e., Instant and Full verification, the procedural steps involved it and its utility for the recruiting agencies and higher education institutions.
